I had a fantastic stay with my family and we loved the cozy Twin Room and the delightful warm cookies at check-in. There are some nice relaxation spots, like a lovely lounge area and a refreshing pool to unwind after a day out. The only hiccup was the limited room service options late at night, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. 😊

One downside was the confusion with the lift. We were told our room was upgraded to the tenth floor, but the lift only went to the ninth, and the stairs were under maintenance, which was a hassle.
